The Alpha Group's 2010 Report is the eighth assessment of how the New Economics Regulations Act is being enforced. It studies the way in which social information is addressed in annual documents for financial year 2009 of CAC 40 (French stock market index) companies (reference documents, annual reports, sustainable development reports). Only the quality of reporting is considered and not the social policy itself.
