The Trade Union Advisory Committee (TUAC) to the OECD is an interface for labour unions with the OECD. It is an international trade union organisation which has consultative status with the OECD and its various committees.
TUAC's Users' Guide For Trade Unionists to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises is intended to help trade unions worldwide in using the newly revised OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises in order to secure and protect workers' rights.






An ORSE study analyzes how countries involve Employee Representative Bodies (Instances de Représentation du Personnel-IRP) in drafting sustainable development reports.


This guide published by the Study Centre for Corporate Responsibility (Observatoire sur la Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises-ORSE) in 2006 analyzes corporate practices for negotiating international framework agreements. The purpose of the guide is to help companies and trade unions to better negotiate their interests in such agreements.
